Terms & Conditions Key Points
1. Utility Usage:
- Currently, we require access to water and electricity at the service location.
- If utilities are not available, the customer must notify us in advance. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Scheduling & Payments:
- Deposit is due upon scheduling to confirm the appointment.
- There are no refunds for missed or last-minute canceled appointments.
-We understand emergencies happen and we can assist with rescheduling.
4. Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer:
- We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
- Customers must disclose any known damage prior to service.
1018 Mobile Detail is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the cleaning process due to the poor condition of the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by heavily soiled or deteriorated surfaces, loose parts, or pre-existing weaknesses.
5. Vehicle Movement Authorization:
- By booking our services, you authorize us to move your vehicle if necessary to complete the detailing process.
- We are not liable for damage except in cases of gross negligence.
6. Media Release Consent:
- We may take photos and videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes.
- Identifying details, such as license plates, will be obscured. If you do not want pictures or videos taken of your vehicle then you must advise us in writing at booking.
7. Liability Insurance:
- We are fully covered by general liability insurance to protect you, your vehicle, and us. As a notice please understand we are human and we make mistakes. It is never our intention to damage your property however if that does occur, know that we will notify you immediately as soon as it is safe to do so and inform you of the situation.
8. Severe Weather:
In the event of severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe or impractical, we may need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment. We will notify you promptly of any changes and work with you to find a convenient alternative time.
8. Travel Fee
To accommodate clients located beyond our standard service area, we have implemented a travel fee policy. Clients service location outside a 25-mile radius from our base location in Forsyth County, will incur an additional charge of $0.70 per mile, in line with the IRS standard mileage rate for 2025. This fee helps cover travel expenses and the extra time required to reach your location, ensuring that we can maintain the high-quality service you expect.

In the event that any part of the our work falls below reasonable expectations, please notify us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will schedule a visit to correct the identified issues at no additional cost to you
